is a very subjective term. In Constantine's view the best product is innovative,
durable, aesthetically pleasing, and exceeds the expectations of specifiers and
end users.
Striving towards the "best product" standard has required innovation on every level
of the business, none more fundamental than manufacturing. Our methods are unique
and the products they create speak for themselves.
Our patented Multiple Yarn Infusion (MYI™) technology feeds up to four ends of yarn
through each needle while standard industry tufting uses only one end per needle.
The advantage is substantial. By using different kinds of yarn in the same needle
we are able to create sophisticated textures previously found only in hand-made
carpets. MYI™ also creates incredible tuft density that enhances our exceptional
performance in terms of durability, appearance retention, and serviceability. In
addition to MYI™, Constantine has perfected Precision Loc technology that yields
tightly defined, tailored products with a woven look.
From the best comes the best. Every aspect of our business, from raw materials to
customer satisfaction, is held to the highest standards. We use only twisted heat
set yarns to enhance the durability and aesthetics of our products. Every yarn in
Constantine carpet is treated with a fluorocarbon application to help resist soiling
and facilitate effective carpet cleaning. We have developed the most advanced tip
shearing capabilities in the industry. Our entire color line can be coordinated
to ensure that different styles can be used together while maintaining aesthetic
continuity across a project. Our over-dying techniques keep turn around times to
a minimum and allow for a quick response to the inevitable challenges of any project.
We can produce styles in broadloom and modular tile depending on the project's requirements.
Our tile and broadloom production is completely integrated. Every tile product has
a broadloom counterpart of the exact same style and color, and all of our broadloom
products that look good as tile are offered as tile. Our products fit a wide range
of budgets. We have styles for every type of project from executive offices to break
rooms.
Constantine takes its obligation to the environment seriously. We have the most
efficient dying processes in the industry. Every aspect of our manufacturing process
has been scrutinized to eliminate waste and reduce our impact on the environment.
From shear lint to steam heat, every thing that can be reused is. Our products carry
CRI's Green Label certification and many contain recycled fiber. Our entire line
of hard surface products is rapidly renewable or readily recyclable. Through our
products and manufacturing techniques we are taking an active role in steering the
industry towards sustainability.
